2024 Summer Camp: Embark on an epic journey through the exciting world of programming! In this introductory camp, you will learn how to create your own adventure game using basic game mechanics. Our experienced instructors provide a supportive and engaging environment where campers can thrive, fostering critical thinking and a passion for innovation.

You will learn how to code and script-program your own 2D games using Inkscape and Godot. Design your own hero, create your own world and choose your adventure.

  • This camp is for girls and non-binary students aged 11-14 years.

2024 Summer Camp: We all use, think, discuss and learn languages. BUT have you ever wondered how scientists, called linguists, study language and how computational linguists use what we know about language to build language models such as ChatGPT?

If so, join us for a camp focussing on investigating language used by humans and dissecting the way language technology works.

Create Your Own Artificial Intelligence

2023 Summer Camp: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is defined as "using computers to do things that traditionally require human intelligence such as visual perceptions, speech recognition, decision making, etc." How can we make computers do these things? That is what you will discover in this camp. Using a program called EdgeImpulse, you will train your own cell phone or laptop to classify what it sees, hears and feels. AI Engineers and Data Scientists will be impressed.

  • This camp is designed for students aged 12-16 years.
